HONOR FIRST - wisdom truth optimistic I wisely scheduled my dental problem for my loving teeth tomorrow rather than today at noon (a disagreeable time and I can handle the pain) I am very optimistic that soon I will be eating chocolate without discomfort... but one must* have nourishment and I shall endure with courage through tonight's chocolate treat :)

KEN ADAMS - serenity efficiency health* Nice words for today. I get a health newsletter each month. The latest one told me the asthma meds I've been using for years is 2.5 times more likely to hospitalize me with a severe attack and, get this, 3.5 times more likely to cause death. Fortunately, there are details about a couple of breathing techniques I have already started that will enable me to stop that med altogether. I really don't like prescription drugs.

Thanks...I've got class tonight and homework, but I'll catch up one of these days. It was a very pretty wedding, but also very cold, it was outside. To bad it wasn't the day before, it was quite warm that day.. She walked under the swords and the last soldier slapped her rear end (lightly of course) with the sword and said, "Welcome to the Army" I swear two of the guys in the front were about ready to have a sword fight..They were giggling and sort of slapping their swords...MEN never grow up, do they???
