Wrong. Democrats are never that well organized. And that's a good thing. In 2004 I worked on the campaign and we never had a unified message. Maybe that was one of the problems, why Kerry didn't win, along with Bush's smear campaigns and cheating in Ohio. In fact the whole notion of "flopflopper" proves the rightwing was atacking Democrats for being in the middle somwewhere, no precise position but "waffling", in other words, still thinking it over and weighing facts as they came in, which tgurned out to be the wise thing instead of "staying the course" which turned out to be disasterous.
