I'm using small bottles now- so that I run out often. But I am also going to keep the oil in the fridge. You don't want the nasty stuff you get from rancid oil in your body.

Soon one will need a oil cellar the same as we used to have a cold cellar for veggies.. AND now there are some wine lovers who have a wine cellar...
