epm.wt.b - stockcharts.com - i dunno, don't think i'd call that a breakout on the common, but check out the CMF and the PPO on the weekly, it looks primed for one[?] ... fundamentals agree imho, they've had delays, latest one is they couldn't get steel when they wanted, that set things back ... if/when they get rolling, there is major cash flow Looks like a big iceberg order there from Canaccord, they keep putting up a few lots at .30 ... it's specific to the dot-B warrants, the A-model is upticking with the common and shows no Canaccord sales .... can't know for sure, but i judge it's likely a special situation from one seller and won't last, so i nibbled a little more
