We are talking about the new contest starting Monday after Thanksgiving, Ted. As you may know 80% of the current team - including me - cannot beat the S&P 500, so we were thinking that maybe you could teach us a course this time?

I wouldn't expect too much. I have barely been able to keep up with the S&P. I have never seen a market quite like this one. It looks good on the surface but for every winner, there are 3 losers. I've gotten to the point that I don't let stocks run. For an example, I bought NYX two weeks ago. Last Friday, it was up 25%......I sold even though it might go up more and in fact, it closed up today. Too often I've run a stock up only to have it fall back in two sessions, wiping out my profit. That happened to me with BHP this AM. I got stopped out with $100 profit this AM. Two days ago, I had nearly a $1000 profit. That's why I laughed when during the elections, the Republicans would talk about the "great stock market".

I'll get my stock picks together.
