Cellars and basements are a rarity here in NC, not sure why, maybe because the weather is generally milder. Sure could use a good cellar now and then though. I'd fill the thing up, I am sure.

I really think, in all fairness, the WHOLE house should be bigger. I would love to have a cellar, though. I've never seen one here in California. We don't even have an attic. My husband built a sort of attic in our in the garage for storage, but the house sure didn't come with one.
