I agree, but the Democratic leadership won't be able to resist. Conyers, who'll be the House Judiciary Committee chairman, already ran fake impeachment hearings last year. I don't think they'll have the votes to achieve impeachment, but they will try.

Mark my words. If/when that happens, the MSM will treat the calls for impeachment as credible & justifiable regardless of how ridiculous the charges happen to be. They will mostly ignore, dismiss &/or downplay any member of congress who stands up against it. And the MSM will treat all evidence that runs contrary to the charge(s) precisely the same way they treat any dissenting views. It will be no different than any of the treachery of the NYT - example - the illegal exposing of the Terrorist Surveillance Program. If you recall, the MSM parroted the DNC Talking Points, including the false assertion, "illegal, domestic spying". The reason I am so sure of this is the MSM has established a long history of doing precisely whatever favors the DNC & does maximum harm to the Bush Admin as possible.... regardless of the facts.
