BDBTF, Fair enough. With the amount of liquidity in this market (both the Blackhawk Ben domestic kind, and maybe the foreign kind that gains leverage from the weakening dollar), such ideas are possible. I agree the very idea is repulsive, but I"m trying to position for something, and it is something more than simple profits from housing shorts. Maybe someone on the thread will have some ideas, and then I can toss out the one or two ideas I've been considering for critique and improvement. Thx TH
