It's a new computer, right? What brand? Some times you can get new drivers from the manufacturer's website. I've had my new computer for about a year now, and when I first got it the keyboard would go dead every once in a while. I downloaded a new driver and that fixed the problem.

I got more problems when I installed a wireless mouse. The only problem is the computer does not go into sleep mode and stay there like it should. That leaves the screen on all night.

I'm not sure what your problem is, Rudi.
