RE: auditor, by Exoskeletal

Exoskeletal mentions a topic as extinct as Ostracoderms,

"...no real reason for the company to continue to file.
It's really quite dead...."

I agree.

Beyond dead. For Conversion Solutions to file in the future,
to file without violating SEC regulations, will require
CSHD to restate all filings back through the original first
Fronthaul filings. Since Alexander took over this empty shell,
not a single 10 series filing is compliant nor truthful.

Should Alexander file and claim those bonds as an asset,
the SEC will be on his back, instantly. Should he claim
the UCC security note, the SEC will come knocking. Same
is true with his prior suddenly vanished debts, same is
true with share structure and actual public float, as
is true with all those nonexistent subsidiaries.

Alexander cannot file a 10 series without invoking the
wrath of the public and the SEC. All eyes are intently
glaring at him, looking to extract a pound of flesh.

Alexander has no choice but to restate years worth of
filings lest he walk the path of Rufus.

There is a larger nail in his coffin. The terms of the
merger agreement between Fronthaul and Conversion
Solutions have been violated; the merger is legally null
and void. This is verified by Alexander giving Rufus
the boot through "merger agreement violations."

Alexander cannot give Rufus the boot for violating
the merger agreement and still claim the merger to
be valid; perfect oxymoron.

I am interested to learn if Alexander will continue to
claim his company is Conversion Solutions. He just
might be more stupid than he currently appears.
