Pcyhuang: I agree much of the situation has improved from last quarter. IMO-The agencies will want to see more consistent improvement before an upgrade in ratings. I'd just like to point out premiums earned is down from last quarter and year to year. Suggesting to me, customer growth in writing new policies is lacking. However, investment income is up sharply. Suggesting to me their doing a good job deploying their assets. It will be interesting to see if the board can put the company into play. If not, will improvement continue. Current value, leading to a higher stock price can be unlocked in various ways. A takeover is a quick way. IMO- Fundamentals generally take more time to restore investor confidence. Leading to a higher stock price. No question in my mind this is a contrarian pick. Good fortune with it.
