Second term recess appointments cannot be paid. President Bush should appoint Bolton to a position that is not subject to confirmation and then assign him the duties of Ambassador. It seems like Clinton did that with one of his Cabinet Secretaries.

We need some more go for the throat Republicans like Newt and Bob Barr but as soon as we get a strong one the press destroys them.
