Why so. They are insured. We own cars and they are insured according to the risks. The smokers are not insured for harm caused by secondary smoke to others. Increase the cost of cigarettes, have insurance companies double the premium of smokers, ban smoking in all public places like they have done in California, and in hotel chains etc.

Remember those days when could smoke in buses etc. Those days are gone. But we are not done yet.
