I like Chipotle which is a mexican chain that was spun off from McDonalds. They even use some organic produce in their burritos and tacos.

the baked potato at Wendy's- you can have it just with salt and pepper- or you can get sour cream on the side (I don't think they serve real butter, and margarine, as you know, is very bad for you.)

The Mc D's chicken breast sandwiches probably aren't too bad, the Mc Chicken is mostly soy, isn't it? Although it is fried, so I think the grilled breasts are better. The salads at Mc D's are good- as long as you don't put too much dressing on. My kids like the chicken breast Ciabattas at Jack in the Box, and I don't think those are too bad. With all sandwiches, if you ask for them dry, or very light dressing, you'll save yourself a ton of calories.
