I agree with you. I expect the apathetic majority (such as Tim) to prevail. The result is unavoidable: Government will continue to expand in excess of macro economic growth. Eventually the fact that the federal government is bankrupt will be so apparent that it cannot be denied. The government will break apart and two to five smaller countries will take the place of the US. The good news is that liberals will have their own country to destroy in New England. Those of us in fly over country who still hold farm values will have our own country to protect and nurture.
