That's a point well taken, and I feel that the answer is LIMITED (or MORE limited) immigration where these fields apply. If we don't, then why should kids apply themselves getting an education if the jobs are filled or there is a glut in the professional fields they're studying to get a degree in. Mexicans, for the most part, are here to make a better life for themselves or, in some cases, just trying to feed their families. The Indians and Pakis want to be MILLIONAIRES! Is there some reason they can't own a 7 Eleven or Ramada Inn in there own countries?
