I guess only religious leaders like Rev. Haggard should be condemned for committing the sin of hypocrisy ...

Weren't you defending him just a few days ago?

Al

"It's called hypocrisy."

So, before buying a stock, you pray and ask Jeezuz if HE'D buy that stock? What would Jeezuz's portfolio be?

I think I've just hit on a great idea for a new mututal fund! The Fallwell Fund - picks straight from Jeezuz! The fund blessed by the LORD! We don't charge fees - we charge TITHES!

I told Z this: Unless either Intel or AMD figure out how to go beyond PC processors and enter the new age of pervasive computing, they'll continue to duke it out until one of them becomes bankrupt. And that would most likely be AMD.

Your take on which company would go down first pretty much follows given the size of the two companies but when you look at the trend, its not so clear. Roughly 8 years ago,pre Athlon, AMD was a joke........a very poor also ran, bleeing money left and right. Slowly but surely over the past 8 years, AMD has become more and more respectable.....first taking market share from INTC and then started to really hurt its margins. Living on the fat of the land has made INTC soft. Living close to the edge has AMD hard and sinewy. I would not be so sure that the ultimate loser would be AMD.
