I bought both the A's and the B's, though more A's. I think both should be big winners if everything goes as planned for EPM.

There is a very strong possibility that EPM will be taken over long before the exercise date. The lower strike price for the A's will be much more valuable under those circumstances. That makes 2 out of 3 scenarios where the As are better. The only case I can think of where the B is better is if the cash flow gets delayed for 3-4 years, in which case the additional 8 months or so time for the Bs would come in handy.
