There will always be complaints. Designers have to filter out the comments from the know-it-all, perpetually complaining magpies who loathe everything Apple, going on and on about the one button mouse, advertising to dumb people, software they don't like but have never used and even making up stuff when there's nothing real to complain about and think the sun rises and sets in the crack of Bill's as... err... wait a minute. I digress. Designers ... yeah. That's it. See. It's not so simple as to filter out the design mistakes. They have to filter out the FUD as well. ========== Until there are no more fixable complaints.
