<Most are ahead? How so?> The vast majority of people who are selling a house today have owned it for more than a year or two. Recent buyers and speculators will get dinged, but so what? You inject a lot of hot air into the conversation to hype a doomsday scenario. The US is on track for slow growth and rising inflation -- not pretty, but certainly not your deflationary doomsday.
