End it before it gets to be time for the nursing home. It seems that shotguns are 100% effective, as compared to other methods.

I'm more into deep freeze. The plan is, the winter before I go into a nursing home, I get drunk and stoned and go out on my porch on a really, really cold night, and wake up dead.
The trick is to know a winter ahead of time that this is it. Cuz if dementia hits before the decision is made, it won't be made.

And I don't have a contingency plan in the event of global warming.
