It’s all about demographics. Saudi and the middle east starts to be affected by demographics. They need to ‘localize’ i.e., make the locals do the job they shunned. But there are two types of jobs. Tough jobs and jobs that require skills and a better attitude towards work. They fail in both counts. To compound that, they can get a second income by putting the women to work. The state can’t support the older people and the youngsters doing nothing. Lets lay the script. This is not going to be solved via Armaggedom a la TJ. It is going to be solved via privatization, de-regulation and liberalization
