The hottest hot is the only way to go, for me.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the world is Los Dos Molinos, in Phoenix. They use New Mexican chiles, and we are talking torrid, for sure. You definitely feel the burn both coming and going. But it is worth it. The food is just incredibly tasty.

I believe that they have a location in New York City as well.
