The shareholder suits are meaningless. Really. As for the RIAA suit, my bet would be that XM wins that suit.

Unfortunately, XM is just following Sirius in terms of a shareholder suit. The Sirius suit, imo, was more serious and ended up being settled for a nominal amount a year or two ago.

More important for XM is sub growth and the cost of that sub growth.
