Sirius has paid to launch 3 satellites that are used to make up an orbital constellation that is considered "superior" to that of the XM system.

This is complicated for you, I know.

Sirius is launching a 4th satellite while XM requires only 2 operational satellites.

There is no further argument to be had unless you can explain why they're spending hundreds of millions to launch yet another satellite.
