You said he was COMPELLED to run to the ME. This is not unlike being forced or pressured, so your denial is unconvincing.

I object to the word "reacting" as a matter of principle. It is a human conceit to consider that we have the responsibility to respond and to create rather than merely react. We like to believe that we MATTER. I believe that I matter, and that Mr. Bush matters. Therefore, words such as "react" and "compelled" reflect a childish helplessness to my mind. If we embrace the worldview that people are helpless, then the next step is to embrace a fatalistic worldview. When I step out in the morning I do not feel helpless, compelled, or "fated". If your life is not meaningful you ought to end it...
