PB, NZ has vast amounts of water sloshing off the west coast south island into deep fiords, which could be used to load supertankers for delivery to Australia or Saudi Arabia. There's no need to goof around with icebergs which would be absurdly difficult to manage.

There are huge rivers around the world which could be used as water sources if needed [not all of them are clean though, unlike New Zealand's].
