If you have stocks of silver, zinc or lead for that matter. why should you tell everyone there is no shortage. Say that you have cargos on rusty ships, under Nigerian flags, captain is Indian (need some knowledge <g>) and a Malaysian or Chinese crew, why wouldn't you cruise somewhere waiting for a telex telling you where to go? Or Silver Standard buying silver on the market to use it at collateral for a loan? Interest free loan at these POS.<g> That stock is available any day but does not appears in the World stocks data.
