Is this a good play? I understand tey actually will be producing and selling U in 07.

What companies are considered the best if looking at actual producing companies or near producing (07)?

Tommaso - I think you will be okay with PXP, but your post does illuminate the point that one has to be careful with their entries. It's getting harder to find outrageous bargains in the sector and at this point, one would have to wonder if a company is seriously lagging, whether there might be a good reason for that.
