New Toyota Tundra plant in San Antonio, TX plant surrounded by auto suppliers, will be the new standard in efficiency. Now Phil LeBeau [CNBC] is saying it will take 53 minutes to make a Tundra. Other reporter said 57 minutes earlier this morning.
