Israel had the right idea in Lebanon, but failed in their implementation. What is needed is to take the distance one of those missiles can fly, and announce that if the missiles don't stop within 24 hours, that every building within that distance from the border into Gaza will be destroyed. People are welcome to leave the area, but that nothing higher than 2 feet will be permitted within the zone determined should the Palestinians decide to fire missiles across the border. This means that Israel could place cameras and computer fired missiles that would target anything higher than 2 feet tall entering the new no go zone.
