When one jr needed power in NW BC recently, I read a comment
that the cost was roughly $200M and could not be done for just one mine. (None of the jrs listed here).

I believe that cost sharing by jrs involved and gov is what
will make it work. And as NG is the biggie and first to get mining, I expect they will have an important responsibility
costwise.
