You lead me to John's DD 214 and show me the facts on his discharge. It's very questionable that he ran an election for President and none of this was brought up.

Also, I want to say that this is the most hate filled and despicable thread on SI and it's been made that way by only several posters who are filled with so much hate, lies and total disregard of respect for others that has made it that way. As the thread leader, you should be ashamed of yourself for permitting such degrading talk about others to foment.

I have utter contempt for such diatribes by you and so do many others. So don't go congratulating yourself about the quality of any real discussions around here.

I was trying to stick to just *one* topic at a time --- the questions around what type of discharge he man received, and why... while you seem to want to drag in extraneous matters.

I'd be happy to continue discussing the topic I was already on... or switch to another of your preference, but you'd need to give me some kind of 'head's up' first about what topic you wanted to talk about.
