On the other hand, did you see what abt paid for kosp (niacin) and what amag (iron) is selling for? Maybe it's the coming of vitamins and minerals. :-)

I hear what you're saying though, how can they get pricing when iv formulations already exist? I suppose they'll hang their hat on a patent, indicated use, threats and see what they can get away with?

Mc1 is an analogue of B-6 it is not the vitamin.

In fact vitamin B-6 would cause inflamation in this indication and make the prognosis of the patient worse so the it would not be used in place of mc-1
