Were you on one of the major cruise lines? Which one?

No, it was not one of the larger companies.

About the only thing I can remember was the name of the ship: the Orient Queen. I Goggled this and don't believe what you see.

We've cruised the Volga and the Yangtze in Russian built vessels that were acceptable. This ship had staterooms (?) with nothing but beds to lay in. The public areas of the ship had seating areas as long as you didn't mind setting next to a smoker (the Greeks have not even thought of ridding themselves of smokers, so no smoking area didn't exist.

All in all, an experience I wouldn't repeat.

When we got to the land portion of the trip, things got much better.
