So there should be no further confusion over the simple fact that the 'form 180' has long been SIGNED. (I think some posters here RE-posting stuff from SEVERAL YEARS AGO [after first carefully striping off the dates], prior to the Presidential election, might be one source for what seems to be ongoing confusion....)
