You may have the solution and it was in my thoughts too. Split up our 140,000 soldiers and send them to stable countryside and see what happens. Let the Iraqis sort it out. If and when they tire of killing each other, maybe they will find peace. If they need any assistance after they reach a peace, we might be able to help. If they don't need it, our soldiers can return home.

Maybe it will work.
