Yes, me too, I read the IBD daily with special focus on the New issue and New america area. These young growing companies have great potential and are worth discussion.

My most recent purchase in this area was the FTEK, at around 19 shortly after the IBD feature, the stock went up over 20% on earnings. I sold 80% of my stake giving the remaining 20% paid for from the profit. A nice position to be in.

Also the stocks under 10 dollars screens and the canslim screens from IBD seem to be a good starting place as well.

Any thoughts on DIVX, I have been following this stock and researching the product behind it.

DIVX provides a high quality video compression that allows users to compress a video onto a cd from DVD, also great for watching video on small devices like palm or other handheld devices.

Not sure if it will be compatible with iPODS at some point or not. It seems like it would be a good takeover target for the likes of AAPL. AAPL has the appleTV and ipods that play video that is transferred to each component. It seems a great compression tool would be attractive to AAPL.

The stock ran up nice then tanked, it appears that Jim Cramer started out hyping the stock, then started encouraged taking profits, so it appears that his croud has been in and out, Now it is looking good here and getting good coverage.

I like this company, concept, and stock at this price...
