Good point. It just shows that Rumsfeld was even dumber than is generally acknowledged. Not only did he foul up Iraq, but his whole 'lean and mean' military plan is a farce. Our troops were woefully unprepared for such an occupation in terms of training and equipment. But, I guess that figures, since there was also no plan...
