tejek This batch had a touch of thimersol(preservative), streptomycin and the other ? mycin and was incubated in eggs. I am not allergic to eggs. And, despite the claims by the talking heads that there can be no reactions to the flu shots because they are dead viruses-----it does happen. Mine was given by a doctor at the pharmacy whom I actually know well. Felt great when I got the shot--------within 5 hours was like I had the flu and a completely different person. As I say--------never again. Glad that you are able to handle the vaccinations--------hope it helps you as you are exposed to the children's illnesses. mj
