That's why I'm staying out of the market. The Clinton bubble made everybody feel like they were stock market geniuses. .

For a long time I defended Enron execs against the stuff that was being said against them, but I just don't see how such a big debacle could just happen all by itself. They were responsible, even the ones who didn't actually commit fraud.

I don't know enough facts on Martha Stewart, but that seemed like a spiteful case. She came through it a survivor.

I have very different feelings about cases like the one I complained about here: Message 23023599

Where do you stand on this type of thing? I mean, there's a guy not a hundred miles from here who deserves to die but pleaded himself out of the state death penalty. He still faces a federal death penalty trial. In other words, if I see somebody like Jeffrey Dahmer walking down the street and shoot him, should I be imprisoned? I could plead self defense of the human race.
