Sounds like they were really hard on witches back in 1590. So how about this: Fox reported that a man and woman were charged under the Patriot Act for the aftermath of an overt sexual act on an airplane. Apparently the couple refused to cease and desist when ordered by the flight attendant. Later the man made threatening gestures to the flight attendant. To me, this sounds like it's outside the purview of the Patriot Act, and should be dealt with by the airlines. Severely. Without involving the taxpayers.
