Hey len...have you given back the land you stole from the former native owners yet? I recall you saying you were going to do this.

Hizballah’s Hassan Nasrallah threatens to call a million Shiites to the streets to topple anti-Syrian Siniora government

November 19, 2006, 10:50 PM (GMT+02:00)

This challenge is a decisive step in the proxy standoff over domination of Beirut involving Hizballah’s backers Iran and Syria, on the one hand, and the United States and Israel, on the other. Nasrallah in a pre-recorded speech bragged he could bring his followers out on the streets within hours. They would prevail without knives or sticks.

The crisis erupted when six pro-Syrian ministers, including 5 Shiites quit the Siniora government eight days ago over its decision to approve a UN plan for an international tribunal to try the suspected killers of former PM Rafiq Hariri, including high Syrian officials. Nasrallah said the government must step down, call an early election, or face massive demonstrations until the government falls. The anti-Syrian majority factions in Beirut see this as a coup d’etat aimed at restoring Syrian influence to Lebanon.
