I am coming to understand what you outlined. Democracy is a mere front for business as usual.

America is a corporate dictatorship.

We use and discard world leaders at our convienence. Of course, the coporations pay no taxes (the consumers of their products do), so they do not fund their own feather-nesting.

I wonder if the U.S. is no better than the British in administration skills. The British left, in their influencial time, a wake of botched colonies, former colonies, and mandates. Totally incompetent.
