Anther startling fact jumps out at you when you read the article. No father in the picture to tell him to go get a job and start paying rent.

It is cool to be a big time athlete or rapper, so those two lines of employment, limited as they are, are OK.

I wonder if for these "acceptable" lines of work it is clearer, even to the Chrises of this world, that showing up is not enough, even talent is not enough, hard work and dedication are required.
