Thought I would toss in something about RSI... I do look at RSI with pick selection on the daily timeframe... But, I do not use the standard canned RSI 14... It might be ok for investors, but I think the 14 is to slow for swing traders.

If you decide to change your parameters.... look left and draw upper and lower r&s lines...each stock or index will develope it's own history.

I think with most stocks the RSI 2 can suggest when to take some money off the table (if you are short) ... the tops are usually slower to roll over... hence RSI 5 at the tops...
