That's a good question. I had Kosan on my research back burner until recently, but I'm running out of time for the next couple of days. I was just wondering to myself what the IP situation was. Serenex is probably free of IP issues, but I can't say how the pictures look for others. Looking at the IP in the context you suggest would probably give some clues to future strategies, indeed. Y'all feel free to start without me. Orphan stuff, too. Sorry I have no real thoughts about that yet. Cheers, Tuck
