the democrat party sure isn't conservative... I would say dems abandoning Hillary and Lieberman makes the dems pretty far left.

"Pelosi is the new House speaker is she not?" Yes. So, I guess you are right. Since Pelosi is the speaker, and she is liberal and a Democrat, then the Democratic Party is liberal. Therefore the last election was a clear sign that liberalism is on the upsurge. Of course, there are several logical fallacies in the above statements, but what the heck... Yeah, what the heck......you're talking to a bushie who still believes there are WMDs in Iraq but we just haven't found them yet. [Saddam hid them real good!] So what's a little logical fallacy. That's the most truth he's gotten in three years.
