when he saw the pistol he should have dialed 911, and got the cops on their way. when the pistolier came out of the store he should be pointing his weapon at the varmints testicles, telling him to drop the weapon, or lose his weapon. He should tell the cops very clearly that he is the one in the hunting outfit with the long gun. Unless he is black, then he should mind his own business and get the heck out of there.
