Big whoop. Nobody that is producing copper today was using $3.50 copper or even $3 copper for their earnings forecasts. Nobody planning to put a mine into production (that I know of) is basing their estimates on $3 copper. While I don't claim to know for certain where copper is going, I have seen the top in copper called with extreme confidence at $2.00, $2.35, $2.50, $2.75, $3.00, $3.25, $3.50 and $4.00. These guys are so busy trying to call a top in the copper market that the raging bull market in uranium and u stocks has completely escaped their attention.
